The accommodation is well appointed, with quality furniture and their home is lovely. The downstairs apartment has one bedroom - there was also a fold out double & a single bed. We managed very well with our 2 teenage sons, for a 5 day stay. The lovely garden is good for sitting in the sun & enjoying a coffee or some wine & cheese. Our hosts were wonderful - Celine was so kind when our son was unwell & offered phone number for the local Doctor. She also gave us some groceries, as we were unaware the shops closed at 1pm on Sunday. We borrowed 2 bicycles to ride around and take photos. The village is one of a series of small villages, that almost run into each other. It's perfect for a relaxing stay, the area is very pretty and it's a short drive (15mins) into Amiens. Also very close to WW1 battlefields, lots of history to see within a short drive. I would recommend a car, as you will need one to get groceries - although a short cycle will take you to a delightful bakery in the next village. We had been to Berlin and Paris before arriving in Fossemanant, and it will remain one of the highlights of our trip.
